Holy fuck. My book is available for pre-order on Amazon.
Hey there. I'm Ariel Meadow Stallings, a native Seattleite who's written my way up and down the Left Coast. Electrolicious is where I post daily randomata, but I also write for a living. My first book, Offbeat Bride, was published last year.

Holy F is right — that was fast!
I think I will wait and buy it at full-price at a local bookstore…because I’m nice like that.

I also find it interesting that thier cross selling says that people interested in the book might also like Cheap Priced Tickets. Way to target Amazon!
I’m buying it and I’m not even getting married. I just want to read it after lurking on your blog for so long.

I can’t even explain how much I am looking forward to your book! Even though I got engaged right about when you started the proposal, we still haven’t set a date–in part because we’re not a couple to be rushed, but also because we know we want an offbeat wedding but don’t even know where to begin….

I love that sales rank. I’ve been in the high ten thousands on Amazon.co.uk (currently 83xxx, but they’ve run out of copies!

Sweet.
Hey amy.leblanc: Cody’s in Berkeley is closing next month. Ariel shall never grace its shelves. Sad, sad, sad…

thx for your concern, Doug, but the Cody’s on Telegraph is (sadly,) closing. however, the one on 4th street, near my office, is staying open. the closing of the store on telegraph (a independent, locally-owned store that’s been there for 43 years) is a great loss, and i have since the announcement vowed to no longer order any books online unless i’m absolutely unable to order it through my local stores. ariel, i hope your publisher will get your book on lots of non-chain bookstore shelves!!

Ariel, I want a SIGNED copy. Plus, I want you to get as much $ as possible, so I’m going to buy directly from you, OK?
