		<description>Damn. Although it's almost reassuring to know that Google does indeed make mistakes. It's such the tech golden child that a few fumbles make the company more human.

That said, I'm really into this &lt;a href="http://www.flickr.com/photos/dpstyles/460987802/"&gt;announcing work news via Flickr&lt;/a&gt; trend. It &lt;a href="http://www.flickr.com/photos/ariel/344482174/in/set-72157594547755572/"&gt;worked for me&lt;/a&gt;, too. It's a great way to get your feelings out there without writing anything. ;) </description>
