Hey there. I'm Ariel Meadow Stallings, a native Seattleite who's written my way up and down the Left Coast. Electrolicious is where I post daily randomata, but I also write for a living. My first book, Offbeat Bride, was published last year.

She sounds fun. You should totally call her back.
Have you found where in the yellow pages people are getting you from? She mentioned having your email address… is that in the yellow pages too? So weird…

First thing’s first: this message was left by my friend Kara. Hence the knowing my email address.
Yup, I was originally listed in the Pierce County Yellow Pages, thanks to Qwest scraping my info from Seattle’s business license database and then mis-categorizing it as “escort services.” I’ve got the situation all cleared up with Qwest, but of course the books already been printed and is out there, and now the info (which includes my former HOME ADDRESS!) has spread to various third-party websites that scrape the yellow pages. Awesome.

Warning to all of Ariel’s friends! All correspondence with Ariel via email, phone, or likewise, can and will be used on her blog!
If I had known you were going to post this for all the world to hear, I would have tried to be more witty.
Oh my…heehee!
