WHO’S WITH ME!?
Hey there. I'm Ariel Meadow Stallings, a native Seattleite who's written my way up and down the Left Coast. Electrolicious is where I post daily randomata, but I also write for a living. My first book, Offbeat Bride, was published last year.

so, so with you. since my office is in my home, I’m heading to yoga and then to my favorite thai place to read a book. that way I can’t be tempted by screens.

Me. I love this idea. I didn’t have a completely screen-free night, but I did shut the laptop down at nine, which is about three hours earlier than I usually do.
Will you come back and report on how much you got done last night?

I tried, except I left my computer on part of the time so I could listen to music. But then I went to yoga and came back and read in silence. It was all good until I was trying to go to bed and Ben “forced” me watch a Lost mobisode.

sorta!
I have a policy where all screens go off at 10pm every night. That leaves about an hour each night for all the other fun stuff.
