Fantastic new design! Many many useful and eye-catching sections, details, accents, use of space...

The "Don't Make Me Think" voice in my head only has one TINY usability suggestion:

The position of the RSS links seems "attached" to the search box, in the place where an "Advanced Search" link might normally be.

That plus the ambiguity of the orange-on-orange RSS icon, led me to literally click on the icon wondering if it was a "search THIS or search THAT" modifier. And I'm not NORMALLY an idiot, and I'm sure many of your readers are plenty RSS-savvy, but for those that aren't, this might be confusing.

[There are plenty of other places right near there that would work perfectly, like "underneath the Hey There blurb" or, even more appropriately, as part of the "recent comments/articles" section, or somewhere in between...]

Great work, and props to the Dodd!

There's stuff you want to read over there though, Ben -- like my link blog and Google Reader shared items. I'm ok with your eye drifting to the right.

i dig it! my one kibitz is the somewhat the same as last time - i think the logo would look better left-justified. as it is, when i look at the main page, my eye is drawn into the "wrong" direction (to the right), away from the posts. but i could probably get used to it over time...

Elli: BWAHAHA! Nice catch on the tagline typo. That's hilarious. Fixed now, but I was tempted to leave it for effect. :)
