I’m on tumblr.com — now, can anyone tell me why? I guess if you want to follow all three of my blogs and my Flickrstream, you can do it there.
Hey there. I'm Ariel Meadow Stallings, a native Seattleite who's written my way up and down the Left Coast. Electrolicious is where I post daily randomata, but I also write for a living. My first book, Offbeat Bride, was published last year.

What’s messed up, perhaps, is that I found the link to this post via your friendfeed. (And wondered if the post would concern said service, in which case, you’d have a classic example of an info feedback loop.) (Pun in ‘feedback’ unintended.)
But no, you’re off to Tumblr, it seems! I set up something there too, though I’m also not entirely sure why. I’m used to fragmentation to some degree, and operate on a theory that within the collection of fragments, cohesion exists even when it isn’t explicit. (And perhaps is paradoxically dependent on that fragmentation. If I could remember the applicable passage from Salman Rushdie’s Imaginary Homelands, I’d insert it here. Another day, perhaps.)
And if Twitter had such a capacity, I’d double-favorite your tweet re: ‘freaking the fuck out on a dancefloor under the stars’.

I’m on Friend Feed too, although that’s another I haven’t figured out yet: http://friendfeed.com/arielmeadow
