		<description>made the rare and concerted effort this morning to leave w/o backpack, was tough because:
1.where does wallet go?
2.where does burts bee's and iPod go?
3...pockets full...
4.where do keys, notebook, external harddrive and box of tea go?...
if only there was somethign that was backpack-like... but not exactly a backpack... mh. no. nope, there isn't really...</description>

		<description>hm, i'm not sure i would label it "self-absorbed". i would label it more "hyper-conscious".

i think more than anything some of us are just really attached to our stuff. we always have to have our stuff, even if we don't need it.  recently, some friends of mine were joking about how we are all slowly but surely becoming that old lady with the crazy hat and huge bag full of stuff like chapstick and gum and a sewing kit.  i both you and dre are well on that path also. he just has a permanently packed bag he drags everywhere; you rethink/repack yours more often, but still: same thing.</description>
