A selection of photos from France are now online. Andreas may also make a gallery of his choice shots later.

Great pictures! By the way, did you see that you got a reference in today’s Dear Donut?

AH! Sacre Bleu! Thank you so much for posting a virtual trip to france for all of us. Oh, how I wish it was soon my turn, but alas, it may not be. All the same thanks. Looks to have been a wonderful trip. WHAT IS IT with the light in the south of France? So wonderful.

Wonderful! I swear, I almost teared up when I saw that picture of Le Castellet (with Andreas)…I’ve got the exact same pic, except with someone else in it, of course. Yet again, thanks for the virtual trip to near where my family lives (Les Lecques & Marseille).
Cheers Ariel,
Cade

Tia in the hammock is wearing an Ithaca is Gorges shirt! My favorite town! Did she live there, too? (Oh, and photo #10 is killer…)

Tia’s father, who is a wine importer and who introduced her to both France and Antoine, lives in Ithaca!

I noticed the Ithaca t-shirt too. That’s my alma mater! I haven’t seen that shirt in years. In a weird way France looks a little like upstate New York.
